As the 2024–2025 school year comes to a close, I want to pause and thank every one of you who has been part of this journey—from the early email threads to the shared resources and late-night phone calls. Your support, encouragement, and collaboration have meant more than you know.

This summer, I’m stepping into a new chapter as I transition to serve with the SOCSD and lead The Ship@MSU. It’s a tremendous opportunity that I’m deeply grateful for—but rest assured, my commitment to our work through the School Leaders’ Think Tank remains as strong as ever.
