This project was birthed out of the School Leaders’ Think Tank—a grassroots initiative founded in Fall 2021 by a small coalition of school leaders in Southwest Mississippi. Amid the instability of post-COVID education, this group committed to turning shared challenges into collective solutions.

In Fall 2024, through the CEO Leadership Academy, this blueprint was piloted in a South Mississippi high school. The results? Stronger systems, better outcomes, and a new sense of direction.
